By entering or using the services of Jellyrolls Dueling Piano Bar (“Jellyrolls,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before visiting, purchasing tickets, or participating in any event at our venue.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Age Policy

Jellyrolls is a 21+ establishment. Valid government-issued identification is required for entry. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone without proper ID or to anyone appearing intoxicated or disruptive.

3. Entry and Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, performers, and other guests. Jellyrolls reserves the right to remove any individual for inappropriate behavior, excessive intoxication, harassment, or violation of these Terms and Conditions. Removal may occur without refund.

4. Ticketing and Cover Charges

Cover charges and ticket prices vary based on events and dates.

All sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where an event is canceled by Jellyrolls. In such cases, refunds or credits may be issued at our discretion.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.

5. Group Reservations and Events

Private events or group reservations must be coordinated directly through Jellyrolls via email at jellyrolls.events@gmail.com. Deposits may be required to hold reservations, and terms for cancellations or rescheduling will be outlined in individual event agreements.

6. Photography and Media

By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional, social media, or other marketing purposes. If you prefer not to appear in such media, please inform a staff member upon arrival.

Guests are welcome to take personal photos and short videos but may not record full performances without prior written approval.

7. Personal Belongings

Jellyrolls is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep personal belongings secure at all times.

8. Food and Beverage

Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

All alcohol purchases require valid ID verification. Management reserves the right to limit service to ensure guest safety and compliance with Florida state alcohol laws.

9. Liability

Attendance and participation at Jellyrolls are at your own risk. Jellyrolls and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from attendance, except as required by law.
